The Museum will be CLOSED every Monday beginning January 9 – March 2017 with the exception of holidays.

GETTING THERE

Independence Seaport Museum is located on Philadelphia’s Penn’s Landing waterfront. We are a short walk from the historic district and many shops and restaurants.

Public Transit Options: Five SEPTA bus routes run within a short 5 minute walk of the Museum. Routes 12, 21, 25, 33 and 42. In addition, the Market- Frankford Line, 2nd street station is the closest station.
