The Fabric Workshop and Museum is opening up their studio space to teens ages 13–19. The event is called Type Hype! where teens will be able to screen-print typographic imagery onto tote bags and make their own souvenir buttons. this event coincides with the artist-in-residence Lenka Clayton. her current exhibition, Object Temporarily Removed ‘exaggerates and alters the accepted rules of everyday life, extending the familiar into the realms of the poetic and absurd’ TheType Hype! is from March 24, 2017–from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on the 6th Floor Studio of the The Fabric Workshop and Museum. Its completely free and snacks will be provided.
